It doesn't have to have a point.
My cousin's dream trip to CWC has finally come true.
And now, I'm crippled.
Just like every day-after-CWC, my arms and shoulders ache like crazy.
Yesterday, I woke up at 6:30 and took a warm shower immediately. I finished within 10 minutes, which is so not like me, it scared my dad. We (Kuya Francis, Ate Pau and I) left at 7:15. We arrived at CWC and found several people already in queue (mga igot-igot). Only hourly rates were available so we landed on the second batch (9am to 10am). Kneeboarding was nice, but after two years of doing just that, it lost its thrill. So I decided to try wakeboarding. I fell. End of story.

This afternoon, we went to CWC for the sake of my cousin's sanity. She wanted to wake/kneeboard badly. You can't believe how unlucky she is and how many times her plans to go wakeboarding were foiled. It was a perfectly calm and warm fternoon (sa Pili). So off we went. I, too, was very excited. It has been a year since I was hauled by that big spinning contraption in Capitol. Kuya Francis and I even planned to give wakeboarding a try since I've been doing kneeboard for a few years now.
We rode a slow bus and an even slower padjak (can't blame Manong though, it's tough to drive a padjak). When we arrived at CWC, we found it full of people. And not just the usual "CWC full," it was overflowing with people a la United Nations. Half were foreigners, the others were Filipinos, filthy rich Filipinos. The kind of Filipinos na may service na helicopters. I thought helicopters are just for the politicians, BIG businessmen and the media. Yun pala, pwede rin sa "ordinary" Filipinos. Anyway, when I saw the cable park swarmed with lotsa people, the butterflies started to go a-flying inside my stomach. There is NO way those pros would see me being towed 27mph in the water with my shorts showing what they're supposed to be covering and the wakeboard overturned and floating a good 5 meters behind me.
We ended up on a 3-page waiting list.
TRIP CANCELLED.

The 10 Conyo-mmandments
1. Thou shall make gamit "make + pandiwa"
"Let's make pasok na to our class!"
"Wait lang! I'm making kain pa!"
"Come on na, we can't make hintay anymore!"
2. Thou shall make kalat "noh", "di ba" and "eh" in your pangungusap
"I don't like to make lakad in the baha nga, noh? Ed di ba it's like, so ewwwst, di ba?"
"What ba? Stop nga being maarte noh!"
"Eh as if you want naman also, di ba?"
3. When making describe a whatever, always say "It's SO pang-uri!"
"It's so malaki, you know, and so mainit!"
"I know right? So sarap nga eh!"
"You're making me so inggit naman, I'll make bili nga my own burger."
4. When you are lalake, make parang punctuation "dude", "tsong" or "pare"

6. Make gawa the plural of pangalans like in English or in Spanish

7. Like, when you can make kaya, always like. Like, I know right?

8. Make yourself feel so galing by translating the last word of your sentence, you know, your pangungusap?

Bug's Life
FNC (I know it's been like a month late. But, whatever, I want to do this.)
Preparation
Haha. Adik, nilaag pa talaga. We were excused for three days, I think. We locked ourselves in the SG Room at naglaro ng apoy nagbrainstorm ng activities.
Well, that was what we were supposed to be doing anyway.
The facis were supposed to be at school by 4 PM. So, of course, I arrived at 4:45. To my great horror, the Naguenians who were just about to leave the school were staring at me like I'm some excited dork. I half ran straight to the SG Room only to find out there were just three other facis around. I was expecting the other 16 would have arrived before me. By 5:15, there was already this girl waiting by the gait gate. Nainotan niya pa ang mga facis. Makasuyaon ta I had to sacrifice my dinner to be there on time tapos si iba mapasiriram-siram pa kan buhay. Actually I'm thinking of just one faci. Meanwhile . . .
The people are starting to flood in. Habang nagkakasiribot kami maggibo ning ID's sa SG Room.
The participants can't wait to get their hands on each other's eggs.*evil smile*

We had this supposed to be BIG bonfire. But no, didn't work. Doesn't matter, we still ate the marshmallows. After some time, we sent them off to bed. But the ever ma-papel SOMEONE. had to make papel and went on talking for like, an hour? So we had to make karipas for our night rituals.
We had to make sakdo.
The facis still have work to do.
We were supposed to clean the CR's but Russ excused Jo and I for we have exams tomorrow. I went to sleep at 2 something.
Day 1
I got up at 4 para makaiwas sa mahabang pila. Unsurprisingly, halabaon na ang pila sa "public CR's" . . . I got to use the faculty CR . . . much like the student's CR - without the stench.
Oh man. I am so not in the mood to blog.
